How does workout help in sleeping? The main reason why you can’t sleep at night is just because your body was not tired enough in the whole time while you were only working from your mind or use only a few muscles. It can make your mind tired but your body is still fresh due to which, you start encountering troubles.

Avoid bright screens before going to bed
Blue colour lights often stop you from sleeping by suppressing the production of melatonin. All these lights can be coming from your TV, laptop, mobile tablet or any other such device.
Using it just before you sleep would keep you awake for a long period of time and you will keep feeling tired the next day of course.
Use your bedroom only for sleep
Tyr avoiding having a TV in your room or bringing other gadgets inside. Anything as such in your room would start keeping you busy and when you return to your bedroom, it would not be for sleep, but for the other stuff that you use your room for.
Once you wake up at night, don’t go back to sleep for followed 20 minutes
Everyone tried going back to sleep whenever they wake up in order to regain the sleep from where they woke up but practicing this would give you a strong headache.
One you wake up for whatever reason, try giving at least a break of 20 minutes to avoid any problems in the sleep followed.
Use the pillows that you are comfortable with
While there are a lot of studies that prove using the soft pillows can be beneficial and also a lot of them which oppose this thought, instead of getting in this debate, just choose whatever suites you.
This would help you sleep better and would even want you to sleep at time you don’t feel like sleeping. Once you are all comfy and feel peace, that is just the time when you will feel good and sleepy.
Try using comforting sounds
This practice is not only to keep you away from the disturbing noise pollution and help you sleep, but picking out one sleep song or music would help you fall asleep anywhere.
Staying at a hotel and getting homesick, not a problem, just switch to that song or music and you will again have the feeling of home and your own bed.
Eat healthy or not eat at all before sleep
While there are a lot of myths saying you should eat something before sleeping, just a glass of milk would help you sleep more peacefully.
Practice healthy eating and make it a habit, don’t over eat and avoid eating 2 hours before sleep for a better good night sleep.
Sleep on your right shoulder
Whenever you are sleeping on your left shoulder, all the weight is being exerted on your heart which makes you feel a little uncomfortable.
According to different researches, when the heart is under any pressure, even after we have slept, we still continue experiencing some problems in our sleep.
Which is why, it is always preferred to sleep on your right shoulder.
